The website for Canadian Tire Financial has been out of service for at least the past two days. No press release has been issued to explain what the problem is or how long it is anticipated to be down. Surely a company as big as Canadian Tire can issue some kind of a statement to inform credit card customers.

@Pa I use the app and it works. I just checked it now. And used my card about 30 minutes ago through my phone wallet. Also, ctfs.com works for me. Clear your cookies maybe? Sometimes complex sites can get a little wonky if there's conflicting cookies.

Live in Ottawa. Tried to change store location on web page. Cannot select local store location. Only get list for stores outside Ottawa/Nepean ie Arnprior, Perth, Smith Falls etc..Antivirus programs do not detect virus/malware. This is strickley Canadian Tire web page problem. Do not have problem changing store locations on HomeDepot.ca, Walmart.ca and Lowes.
