I can’t close trade it’s been nearly 48 hours.

The customer service say they’re aware and trade will be reviewed after the issue is fixed.

In my opinion they need to compensate customers who’ve been affected. I

They have consistently "closed the market" on SPY for the past hour, they do this all the time and then just say "we had an issue" never refund money that they essentially steal.. ive only stayed with them so long as im writing an article on the sheer fact the site is a scam

App is down again. 1st April. Couldn’t cancel trade. Online support is useless. Very bad customer care. I’ll be leaving for sure. The worse trading app. Dangerous if you are in a trade. Their customer support puts you in line with hundreds and don’t help at all after 30 minutes. Like talking to a bot.

Asa always, it says I have insufficient funds when this is definitely not the case! This is a terrible broker. The website is full of bugs and customer service is useless. It won't even let me withdraw money all day today!! They're not letting me take my own money out of my account! Absolute bunch of amateurs.

Awful platform. Often it is impossible to open a position or change SL and TP. The system is very buggy and customer support is non-existent.
