Have not been able to log into my online account or mobile app for 13 days. Capital ones response was to open a ticket and told me to wait 30 days which is crazy. They said just use phone banking. It support at cap one is non existent

Capitalone.com website is not working for me, and the next time I try to log in, my password does not work. I guess I will have to buy a new one. Plus, why pay $1.45 per month when I can get my credit cards as low as $10.00? I have done the online check out on number, and the site appears to be working fine, but there is nothing to check out the website or go through the registration and we can't access the software menus. Also, I am getting a check for 2.99 but I had a decision to make, and that was if I would stick with Prodigy or Starbucker. Starbucker costs the same, but with a free lifetime membership. That's it.

Capitalone.com website is not working for me right now. That is a huge bummer. How do I contact your support team to discuss your customer support issue? Your phone number is at the top of your site. So if you have a technical question, please send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your consideration and support." Prior to this issue, Bioware/EA have been very responsive to customers. They even offered to give me an advance copy of Mass Effect 3 if I requested it on Amazon to review it for review purposes. I declined that offer, and though I was pretty disappointed that Bioware released a game that I wanted, it made sense because of the numerous issues I had.
