I am trying to get into Caremark site for several hours and keep getting a message that it is down for maintenance with no other info. Does anyone know if this is for a specific amount of time?

Caremark.com account inaccessible all day on January 2, 2024. When will it be accessible again?

Admin suggested using the alternative links (https//www.caremark.com, https://caremark.com, etc. None of them work. It would be better if you could blast out a communication about the status of the website.

Login Down

Login is down. Called customer service and they can't get in either. When you've met your max out of pocket, its scary this close to year end not to be able to fill prescriptions that should be 100% covered.

Walgreens cannot process my prescription and hasn’t been able to all day. The Caremark site is down and they don’t have an ETA on repairs.. I’m now stuck with out my pain meds for the night

As an IT professional of 40 years I can't believe the quality of the web site.
I'd fire people for this...
The help section keep looping back to it's self.
When you click on the link to submit a question via form it takes you back to start help page.

Followup to my previous post. Website is not down. For whatever reason only select people are getting that message. I received an enrolled email from Aetna Silverscript this morning and it had a link to sign up for caremark.com. I clicked on link and it took me on same path but this time on login screen it displayed my username. Don't remember setting that up but hey I went with it and was able to login and submit a prescription request. See if you have an email with a link and give it a try. Good luck!

I have tried with phone, two updated browsers, and nothing works. I am a new Silverscript subscriber for part D, and I'm fearful I will be paying for a service that does not work no matter what I do. The site is just awful. I've called several times. I have their app. This is horrible and I may have no way to get my meds from them.
