CGI Website Not functioning

usvisascheduling.com part of CGI has not been functioning to schedule appointments for visa stamping. It has been giving errors and no response from customer service

Captcha going in a loop.

4/14/23: I have been trying to book a date since 3 weeks now. The catpcha keeps putting me in a loop. Doesn't continue to the page that confirms the selection. I deleted my history and cashe like the support team recommended and still no luck.
It's been so frustrating!

Any help here would be great.
