No My5 on LG OLED tv.

Absolutely useless trying to get My5 to work on my LG OLED tv. No pin generated when at the activation screen. Uninstalled app and re-tried again many times, still not working. Been over 2 weeks now. Works OK on my Samsung tablet but really prefer a bigger screen.

Unable to use My5

My5 on LG TV asks me to sign in by either visiting my5.tv/activate then entering the generated pin or by scanning the QR code. There is an error message about not being able to generate a pin & there is no QR code being displayed. Also if I try to use without signing in the app does not allow PLAY to be selected

My5 login issue

My5 on my LG TV has not worked for at least the past 2 days. It asks me to sign in by either visiting my5.tv/activate then entering the generated pin or by scanning the QR code. There is an error message about not being able to generate a pin & there is no QR code being displayed.
