Horrible Online Services
Tried for the last 4 months to pay my Toyota Credit Card and there is always an issue with my password or a glitch, it’s annoying having to call and literally carry your “account” number with you unlike most credit card places you can give the number that’s on the damn card. I’m over it.

I keep getting the message that there's a technical glitch. And the links above only take you to bread .com, which will get you to the same loging but when I try to log in I get the same message. According to the other comments this seems to be the ususal with this bank's site. My card was switched just about a month ago and I was able to make my payment online last month with no difficulties, but now I wonder if I just got very lucky. The previous bank, BofA, site worked perfectly and I never had a problem! Unfortunately my card was switched by the card issuing banks, which does happen from time to time. IF this is Comenity's standard of service I am not satisfied! If it results in late fees they should pay them, not the card holder!

I made a payment of $187.91 in full and on time in but I didn’t receive a payment notice in July but did receive 2 in August both dated 08/07, the first with a balance of $222.86 and the second with a negative balance of ($187.91) with a note stating “DO NOT PAY”. Then I received one in September stating that I now owe $258.21 including interest and penalties. I communicated with them 5 times between September the 13th and the 24th but received no responses from them. I copied J. Jill on the 24th and they must have prodded Comenity to respond to me since I received an email on the 25th from Comenity stating that their system is down and my account will be adjusted once they are back online.

I talked to a Supervisor on 8/17/2022 regarding my Comenity (Carters) credit card. After explaining problems I waited for a response. After several seconds of silence the Supervisor gave me a very sarcastic "yeah". When I asked her to explain her sarcastic tone she began to tell me how she sat quietly while I complained in a very sarcastic tone and attitude again! I won't be using my Carters credit card anymore. Their server has been down for several days with no help from Comenity customer service. What a way to run a railroad. (I am quite sure nobody from Comenity would understand that last comment)!

I've never had any problems with cards issued through Comenity Bank until today. I've been trying to log in to pay my Victoria's Secret account, but I keep getting this message:
"Unsafe connection

I don't mind a late fee if absolutely necessary but I will be HIGHLY PISSED if this messes with my credit score due to non or late payment that I have no way of paying. I have had major fraud occur on my All Rewards Ann Taylor Card since my last payment. I wasn't notified when someone made two different purchases in the last month and charged over a thousand dollars online. I have tried to log on my account and it says that it was locked by logging in too many times even though I just did it today. Getting an error message trying to go into Easy Pay AND called the customer service number and I get an automatic message saying cannot be completed due to technical error. I'm also upset that there was no email or something stating the issue. I better not see a late fee or a negative mark on my credit score due to this issue. Payment is due on the 2nd. The message mentions June 27 & 28th This needs to extend to those past that date because it's still NOT WORKING!

WTHay is going on?! I went to pay my Ulta CC this morning & got a message about the "system outage". "We’re waiving late fees for customers whose payment due date fell on June 27 or 28, 2022. Those customers’ inability to make a payment will not affect their credit score." What about us users trying to make a payment before & after those dates!!! When I click the easy pay button it doesn't load either & we can't make a payment in the store!! This is some BS!! What are we supposed to do?! I have THREE cards that are serviced by Comenity Capital Bank!! ????????

Website says this: "We know the recent system outage has been frustrating and we will work to ensure a fair resolution for impacted customers. I have been trying all morning to get into my Bed Bath and Beyond account to pay, Easy pay doesn't work and when I call either the number on back of the card or the Bread financial number, it says call can't be completed due to technical issue. Commenity credit has been down for a whole week, maybe longer. I cannot make payments or check my credit cards. I have 3 credit cards from this company, Victoria Secret, Ulta, & Torrid. I cannot make any payments. Their website says you can call & make payments over the phone. No, you can’t! When I call I either get silence with no ringing (Torrid) or loud beeps in my ear (Ulta). I have no balance with Victoria Secret, so no need to try that one. The website also says they will not charge late fees for anyone who’s payment was due on June 27th & 28th only!! That’s insane & total BS considering it has been down for at least week AND it is now July 1st & I still can’t make a payment in any way. This is not okay. I will file so many complaints if I get late fees cause I can’t make my payments. I can find nothing about this online at all. How is NO ONE talking about this. Nothing on the news. This is HUGE. They HAD to be hacked or something considering ALL their online card services are down AND ALL their credit card numbers are also down. They say it’s due to an update, but I’m not buying it. That doesn’t happen for this long amount of time & it is affecting customer service, phone lines, apps, & websites. Sounds more like a hack to me. Unheard of. I called 2 different numbers for 2 different cards & they are both DOWN. Am I the only one? Am I losing my mind here or is this a really big issue for cardholders?

I haven't been able to log in on the website to view or make a payment. I called the number for customer service on the back of my card and it didn't go through for about 15 seconds, then an automated response which said I was being transferred to a customer service representative, but the phone line went dead. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon!

I cannot access the online payment, nor can I access easypay, and when I just called they had an automated recording stating that they are having issues and are working to resolve it, told me to call back at a later date, and then it hung up on me. So obviously nothing is working and the message they have on their website (at least for ULTA) is WRONG.

I have been trying to make my monthly payments on my cards before leaving on vacation next week and have been unable to even log in. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks now. I don't get paper statements so I don't even know what I owe or when the payments are due. I normally just pay on the 1st when I get paid. After over 15 years of Comenity cards use with timely payments, I missed a 7.88 payment for 2 months because my bill pay account didn't update the amount due. Now, I do have a bad credit mark on my credit reports, even though I ended up paying off my balance which was over $35.00 with fees. They would not waiver in reporting my 7.88 overdue for 60 days. Fortunately, I have 0 balances on my two cards now, but can't access to check - I am worried for everyone who posted!

They royal F'd up their website. It has been down for several days and now there is a message to call the number on the back of your card to may a payment, get your balance, etc. When I call that number you get lone silent pauses and eventually routes you to a message that the site is down due to an error and try back again later....so you never get your balance or account info. I tried the other number on the back of the card and it sounds like a fax machine. What a gigantic cluster *&^%.

Can't make a payment using the access by telephone. It takes all the information and fails just prior to confirmation, it then tells me I will have to pay $9.00 if assisted by customer service. It transfers me and a recording comes on stating call back later and hangs up on me. This is the third day and I can't get customer service. This is a serious issue and I don't trust them now.

I was able to use my card yesterday at Walgreens. I was also able to get my account info by calling the number on the card and my credit line is still open. Website for Sony Visa is still down though. I didn't try to make a payment on the phone as I don't have one due for a month or so... Hope everyone gets restored. Their message now says they will find a fair compensation for customers... What will we get a credit for $50 or something lame like that!? Should be at least $200 for each customer taken off their bill or credited for future payments! Never seen anything this bad with a CC company before. So surprised the news isn't all over this with millions affected!

Ok, I thought I was alone here. I cannot get into my: Ann Taylor ALL Rewards card, Torrid Card, or ULTA Card websites to make my payments online. Then, I tried calling customer service and get a bogus recording stating their systems are down. I recently re-financed and payments were sent to 3 accounts I have with Comenity Bank.
IKEA Visa, IKEA Project and Toyota Visa. The IKEA Project card was paid on June 6th with a balance of $77, on June 10th they took the payment of $9500+ dollars that was to pay off my Toyota Visa and applied it to my IKEA project card (which had a balance of $77. then it took another week and a half for my IKEA visa to be paid. All 3 accounts were mailed in separate envelopes, separate check and pay stubs.
I was told I had to prove to them the check was cashed before they would issue a refund of the $9500+ dollars, which could take up to 90 days.
When you brought up my IKEA project card statement, you could clearly see THEY applied money to the wrong account. After I had the lawyer fax them a copy of the returned check, all of a sudden I can longer access any of my accounts.
How convenient of them. I am so beyond furious with this. This is not right.
