How to Submit Your Company Accounts via the Legacy System and Avoid the Issues with the New One!
Hi All,

The new WebFiling sign in for submitting your accounts is BROKEN. To log in select the forth option down "i need to file a charge (mortgage) document using a lender authentication code."

by selecting this it takes you to the legacy companies house page (the one you will be familar with from last time).

You can now long in with ease using your username and password and then on the next page confirm your location, company number and authorison code.

Then click sign in....

You can now calmly complete your Companies Return and avoid the stress of being logged out of the new system.

Shocking Service
This has now gone beyond a joke. This service is not fit for purpose!! How nany blooming times do I have to sign in and be kicked out. I haven't been able to file anything this morning. Sort it out Companies House!!!!!!

Spoke to woman in Comp House today if you log in through the charge mortgage it works goes straight to the start page another GOV quality product ( NB dont worry about the charge mortgage bit it does nothing )

The new webfiling is so glitchy. Doesn't let you log in half the time, constant authentication needed, shows 0 companies despite yesterday showing the full number. Told their support a month ago and no change.

Webfiling issues
Same problems as everyone else, either saying the service is not available or I have no companies, or the company details being input is wrong... very frustrating!!!! I actually telephoned Companies House who deny any knowledge of any Webfiling issues.. the adviser proceeded to tell me to login with older links but they just redirected me to latest link:

Can't log in or I have no companies registered (I have over 400!) or logs in then logs out or doesn't recognise the co no or keep getting Sorry there is a problem with this service! Since the change over it has been absolute rubbish. Response from Co House when you report it 'we are working on fixing the issues' !! FYI it seems to work ok between 7am and 8.30 am - perhaps I should change to a night shift.

Wrong addresses showing for company
Companies House is showing some odd addresses for one of my client companies, and when I tried to correct them, the correct addresses wouldn't 'stick'. I am the only person who makes adjustments to the webfiling, so I can't understand what is going on.
