502 Bad Gateway Again

Throughout the past year, there have been numerous unscheduled outages where Connexus website crashes or the lessons just fail to load, yet Connexus provides us with no IT support number to report this to. It's even worse when the website crashes school hours and now we have to wait until the morning for the issue to be resolved. You'd think Connexus would prioritize this issue or at the very least, provided us with a support number to call. ????

Fix the site. It keeps going down a lot lately and for public schooling its unacceptable. Kids need to do their assignments and my daughter lost all her work. FIX IT! Or don't have a site at all.

Connexus.com unscheduled system maintenance or outage. Kids have due lessons and can’t get to the site. No support number or email address available to report such problems to their IT team. Not good.

We may possibly be able to do math.

i hope it gets back up soon, so everyone can do schoolwork. however, i believe you may still be able to do math, since math is on a different website than connexus. personally, im able to get into the math website, and i hope everyone else is too. -☁️
