Crazy domain hosted websites and emails are down again. When you go through their support, they claim it's working on their end. They won't acknowledge they're having issues. They are liars.

Same as everyone else, no site, no email. Trying to run a business. 2nd time this has happened in 3 weeks. Will be moving elsewhere ASAP and in future will have an alternative back up email in my signature just in case. Have they been hacked? I don't know, but all those phishing emails over the last year or so - perhaps the same people behind this.

Crazydomains f-u-c-k me many times. Their system is very old, slow and expensive.
But supports are good. I love them.
I will advise clients to move to the host.

Our outgoing emails have bounced back as spam, and at the moment, they are not even bouncing back. Yesterday and Friday they were going out telling our clients we were blocked. Great look for our company. Our clients can't get hold of us and neither can anyone else. We can't get hold of support and there is no indication when this is going to be fixed.

I posted yesterday about this CD shambles and its still going on here in the UK. 2 business days lost; virtually no way to contact CD (I had the same online help desk queue problems others have mentioned) and no sign of any resolution or update from CD. Just got through on the phone after 55 minutes, they changed the TX or something on my emails and said they should come through within 2 hours, when the server is fixed then it will be reset. Hopefully this will fix the problem, he didn't give much away when I said I was not happy.
He changed it in the control panel to mail.domainname.com.au

I was 419th in the queue this morning. After waiting 4 hours, CD closed the chat because it said it was idle too long! I am getting an error message accessing my website Error establishing a database connection" I get this message too: “This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or your host’s database server is down.”
I started the chat again. I was then 940th! After a total of 7 hours - I got down to 5th in the queue - and then received the same message "Thank you for contacting us. Your chat session was disconnected because it was idle for too long." I wonder if you can imaging how I feel . . . CD reputation down the toilet . . .

I was initially told this morning by CD that I was one of the ‘lucky ones’ that never got affected when I clearly had so I don’t even think the reps on the phone/chat know what’s going on as they said they would refer my case to the senior team. Therefore, I wouldn’t waste your twine waiting on the chat/phone line.

CrazyDomains is definitely got a problem with the email service. I have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours. I finally got through to them this morning and they said that there is a problem with the sealer that’s completely gone and they asked me to change my MX records, which failed as well and are still out with no emails

Their phones are not working and I waited in line on the live chat behind over 500 people for 2 hours and when it got to 2 people ahead of me I got cut off from the live chat because it had timed out!! To the customer care team member here who said they would be contacting us via email, you'll need to fix the emails first. Anyone using Email Protection is not receiving any emails and it has been like this for 2 days now. A lot of us run businesses off CrazyDomains and are resellers so all of our clients are affected too. You are costing many businesses a lot of money. They were unable to help anyway - "At the moment there is an outage issue that is still on going that affects all our system" and no estimated time of resolution - "I cannot provide the specific time frame but rest assured that it will not take that long". Their customer service is simply hopeless. My wife's email has been offline for over 2 weeks, and no mine is down today. What happens is that they change/corrupt your password, so your email client wan't work, and when you try to sign in using your correct password, it doesn't work. I'm at my wit's end!!
