What is going on, we need answers

My website has been down since Dec 2023. Surely as paying customers we have rights. I have so much history on my site reviews, nearly 9yrs & I am unable to get to my content. This is very strange , what is going on ???

Has anyone had any success contacting Doodlekit? Surely as a a paying customer to doodlekit we have some rights to reimburse the revenue & leads lost while the server is down , very strange

Website gone

I got a notification from google business that my website listing had changed. Checked it out, no website. 503 error. I have a business account and never received notification that they were changing anything. Upon further investigation, I see that I haven't been billed since 11/3/23, so at least there is that. But my entire business site is gone.

How can we make doodlekit pay for this mess?

My business is losing money every day because of this doodlekit issue. I cannot log into my web page to move to a different page web builder. Also any enquiries on my site are not being forwarded to our email by doodlekit. No one from doodlekit is responding to my messages.

I'm not that computer literate but I am assuming it is impossible to move your website to another provider such as Godaddy while Doodlekit is down, or even up for that matter?? Does it make sense to go with a .net or .org or other alternative??

doodlekit stopped working when i was inactive for a couple months, i heard.

My website (cocomelonfanonwiki.doodlekit.com) has not been loading for an unfortunate 8 solid months, same with the other websites.

This is very strange.

Doodlekit Websites Unavailable For 5 Months And Counting

I had a website on Doodlekit for years now, and when I got on several months ago, it said "Error 404, this site no longer exists, or does not exist yet." When I went on just today, the site viewer is still down. They won't answer my cries for help, all they do is read them, and then forget about the emails. I really wanted to make a Wiki for my movie on Scratch. But the site maker didn't budge. If anyone else is having the same issue, I can't find any alternatives, except wix.com (which I do not have an account on yet). Doodlekit, if your reading this, stop being so lazy and fix this! My site has been down more than 5 months!

Doodlekit site viewer has not been working for 72+ hours.

I am trying to go on my site, but my computer says the site can't be reached, and if there was a misspelling in the URL. There wasn't, and I reloaded it. My site still did not appear, so did others' sites. Doodlekit's homepage was up and running, but the sites weren't.

I am the only one who can access our webpage on Doodlekit, as administrator. Anyone else who tries gets an error message that the page isn't available. Is anyone else having that problem? Like usual, customer service from Doodlekit isn't happening.

Laura, I'm not sure what to say about https://web.archive.org/. This is the first time I've used it, and it saved my life. Be sure the URL you type in is for your home page. Now that DoodleKit seems to be up again, you might have to download from there (while it's up)?

Chris- Like you, there are so many people who have been impacted by Doodlkit shutting down and worse....no communication. There are many posts on the Facebook Doodlekit page. We have many who are emailing the co-owners (or past co-owners) and anyone else we can find. You can email support@doodlekit.com and info@doodlekit.com . They are reading them, but not responding, but at least they are seeing them. It has been over 2 weeks now. I wish they would at least let us get the content from our websites so we can go somewhere else. Sorry I can't help more. This is really inexusable,

I am a church secretary of a small church. I have been trying to reach someone at Doodlekit for about 4 months, ever since our statistics page became unreachable. Now, like the rest of you, everything has disappeared and, more upsetting, our domain name appears to be available to purchase. Do you think we have lost our site forever? I'm assuming Doodlekit is gone forever. So, I have started retrieving my pages and files through the Wayback Machine, a system that has been archiving webpages for a long time. If you want to try that, go to https://web.archive.org/ and search for your site.

WEBSITE DOWN

So, this is even weirder. I emailed info@doodlekit.com. I had that email for support when I had an issue a few months ago and received a response. I also have "Read Receipts" for my work emails and all emails I have sent to info@doodlekit.com have been read. Within an hour of sending. I have asked them to please inform about what is going on. No response, but they are reading them. I actually have a paid website account so this is just not good. If you read this....please go ahead and send an email to: info@doodlekit.com This is not acceptable.

Emailed them, said it’s spammers. Nothing yet.
