El sistema esta bloqueando las ips. Acabo de entrar y llenar la solicitud para mis familiares por medio de un VPN con ip de argentina. Desde ayer estuve intentando y hoy me dio por probar con argentina. lo llene en 2 minutos. Todo perfecto.

VPN will not help. They are basicly limiting the request amount. Poor idea due to lack of IT skills.

The site is down all day. Sometimes it is possible to enter the site using VPN fraud, but this is useless in the future

"Dvprogram.state.gov" Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours since yesterday (Nov 6). Hopefully they will address the issue soon and give extension to the dead line of November 8.
This is embarrassing for the US.

Every time I go to check my status the page send me to the top after I enter the code. I doesn't show any message, simply sent me to the top. I tried it several times in last months and it's the same problem.
