I get e-mail to do a survey and page goes straight to "answer more questions to see if eligible" Click on enter .but nothing happens !

cannot access e-rewards

I have not been able to log into e-rewards for 4 days. I get a 403 error saying the website is too busy or there is a configuration problem. I ran the network check and they can't fix the problem. I am suppose to contact the website owner. I sent an e-mail and no response.

Logging in

I had problems with redemption rewards needed photo identification passport out of date don't have driving licence so I used my photo freedom pass after many attempts success had email to say all varied went to login doesn't recognise my password so changed it received email to say my password was successfully changed logged in came up again don't recognise my details. So annoying ????

E-Rewards redemptions

I go to checkout on redemptions and nothing happens! I have emailed e-Rewards but no response. Never had any issues in May years of using e-Rewards. Also no surveys in past 7 days. What is happening?

I get a 403 error code on my iPad (safari ) and laptop (chrome). Next I downloaded the app from the iOS App Store but the login button is mostly cut off at the bottom of the app screen and can’t be scrolled to access it. I have no way to communicate with them. I have reward money there but I can’t access it, even though I still get their emails with surveys links

Dishonest company been taking surveys for the past several months answered every survey as truthful as possible read every question all the sudden locked out of my account couldn't take surveys anymore and can't cash out my survey money which was $295 and after reading other reviews it sounds like this happens too other people also for no reason

Possibly an issue using a proxy or VPN, like NordVPN when trying to contact E-Rewards site? Many sites will block access if end user is contacting via a proxy or VPN.

I have been getting this message on and off over the last week. Yesterday and today it's constant. Can't log in at all:

They are not what they seem. Rewards are a fraction of what you think you earned. You'll have to do a survey to get a survey an invariably get disqualified most of the time after spending considerable time on it. Then when you've spent many hours building up what you think is a sizeable reward, they'll look for any reason to kick you off and steal your reward.

I have been unable to redeem rewards for several days. I received an error code when I last attempted to redeem points, and was instructed to send the code to the e-Rewards team. Did that, and received an email from the team saying they got it, and were working on the problem. Three days later, still nothing. And I while for almost two years I had surveys available every day, since January 29 I have not seen any surveys.
