I can't even register to file a claim, I am getting an Error code 314 , sorry we are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later. Then it offers a phone number to call if you continue to experience the difficulties, which I have been experiencing for 2 weeks now. I call the number and the automatic message says" the maximum number of callers has been reached , please try again later" !! Grr how the heck does one file a claim?

Possibly, redirect from different versions is configured incorrectly on edd.ca.gov? Really? Who in the hell does your programming a first grader? probably gets paid an obscene amount too because government overpays for work performed unless its benefits to workers in need that have paid into this bullshit system. You guys are lucky I'm not the Governor because all of you would be out of a job. You never answer phones, websites always down, and why is it that you observe things at a later date? They should outsource this agency because it is the worst managed government branch. Billions stolen in fraud? Has to be inflated lie. jb-i had to do the Telecert Sunday May 23 @ 2-2:30 PM bcuz EDD website login page is not working. Must be too many ppl certifying. You can call 866-333-4606 to telecert but you will need your pin# so get that first. You must wait until the guy states all the options b4 selecting your answer to the questions they ask. It takes longer but it does work. It gives you your confirmation # so write it down.
