Sometimes I can't access the website, it says it refused my request to access the website. Sometimes I can't play the video.

App has been clocking where I left off for 2 days. Occurs after logging off and back on, clearing caches and ensuring JavaScript running/cookies accepted, changing devices, updating login info, and trying different browsers.
