I have not been able to access my account for 2-3 weeks online. I have tried 3 different devices with the same result. I can put my username in and get to the password screen then it won't do anything else. I am now being charged to call the number on the back of my card to check balance and can't reach a live person. Frustrating

The website has been down for well over a month now making it unable to login and check your balance. Your only other option is to either A) Call to check your balance or B) Check your balance at an atm - both of which charge you $1.10 EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s BS and someone needs to be held accountable. All charges need to be refunded since this is in no way the cardholders fault and the only option available. You can’t get a person on the phone, online, or through email so how are we supposed to get any help??? Really disgusted and disappointed with every agency tied to this nonsense. Most people forced to use this stupid card are the ones in our society who are most in need of the funds on it. DO BETTER!!!

Does anyone have a phone number that actually works in reaching a live person? No option for this when calling the customer service number listed and trying "0" or just staying on the line results in the call eventually just ending on it's own.

Can’t log in. I get as far as entering my password but when I hit log in it doesn’t load, it doesn’t do anything. I refresh, force close, nothing. I have to call the 1800 # to check my balance lol

Saying that internet explorer is the only way is a lie. I tried that too. All temp and cache, even cookies got dumped so I could guarantee it wasn't me. Click log in, it doesn't react at all or even try to load.

Unable to log in at all, and sometimes my card is denied (with plenty of money on it) while out shopping! This has been going on for weeks, maybe months now! It's past the point now of being Ridiculous! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW!!! I'm tired of not knowing if and when my card will work and being able to check my account. I'm going to call my governors office or Mr. Shapiro later to see if they can get this straightened out. So Aggravating and Frustrating!!!

I’m having the same problem logging in, it won’t let me, get to password page and click the login after entering password and nothing. I really need to be able to get on and check my balance etc. I can call and get the balance but can’t look at any of the transactions.. they need to get it together it’s mor then frustrating at this point!
