Game not working

Game fails to load, cleared cache, restarted, uninstalled, re-installed....screen goes black after selecting culture, then back to fails to load on start up screen. This is an outcry, bubble is about to expire, svs happening. I'm about sick of this worry and strife, what's the point in spending money on this game? Only to lose it, I spose. Very disappointed. Unable to access game

I haven't been able to access the game since this morning, I have two cities on two different servers. Server War is happening on both, both my bubbles will be down. I was supposed to be joining Battle of Constantinople on one of the servers but couldn't. This is a complete disaster. Both cities will no doubt be zeroed by the time I get back in.
