Passcodes deleted. Credit freeze can't be accessed. Cannot talk to a customer service human unless you want to manually lock/unlock. Website has inaccurate information about times customer service is open. Phone tree will not transfer to a live person. Overall, a completely incompetent business.

login just takes me to a page telling me they recognize my details, do I already have an account and would I like to login. If I click login again and proceed to enter my account and password for the second time I am just taken back to the same page where it seems to think I am trying to sign up rather than log in. No way for me to actually log in

Weird app issue with WiFi

When WiFi is enabled on my android phone, the app generated an unspecified error and will not let me log in. If I shutdown WiFi and only connect with data from my phone, it works perfectly... Why?

Fico lost

It says I don’t have a Fico score when I have an active auto loan and motorcycle loan. Nothing is changed just the site and now I don’t have credit according to them.

Android App wont open even after reinstall. App tells me current version is no longer valid and to update to new version on Google Play. There is no newer version on Google Play. Rebooted phone and reinstalled app still get error message.

My email was pirated and now I can't log into experian. I can't use my email anymore and the only way to recover experian login is by the email I no longer have access to and forget about calling customer support because it's all automated and you can't reach a live representative.

I get a technical error, after trying to maneuver to through your IVR it disconnected my call, but when I called back, I had one agent that told me she could not help me then transferred me to another person, which gave me instructions to send my info to a PO Box address in Allen, Texas. Then she hung up on me!!! EXPERIAN!!! Please take care of your customers, OR is there no incentive doing this? I feel like I am dealing with a government beaurocracy.
