App and Website not working

Can’t choose seats on the app or website. It keeps saying no seats available when NCG is showing all but 3 are available. Trying to use these gift cards

FANDANGO NOT WORKING

I’ve tried at least 5 times to buy tickets. I go through the entire process & after clicking complete purchase I get an error message to try again. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!
