The website frequently fails to function properly. Deliveries are often bounced from town to town in a way that results in delivery date being changed. FedEx has damaged more parcels than any other I've dealt with. Overall the company is sloppy and unreliable in my experience.

constant delays. blame covid still. blame weather when there is a storm nowhere near the shipping point and the delivery point and nowhere in between. If it arrives early, they hold it at the delivery point until promised day, in some cases up to 5 days. You get what you pay for is what they say. Well, very true. But their pricing is no different then UPS, but UPS will deliver it early, which makes up for the times they are late. FedEx defaults to late, or at the earliest, on time. Now their website doesn't allow tracking. Go figure.

Go to tracking/advanced shipment tracking.

When the FedEx.com Website is down, so is their 1-800-463-3339. Whichever way you try to navigate the menu either by pushing buttons or giving verbal commands, the menu prompts doesn't recognize your actions. It is easier to say the website and phone menu is down, to prevent your customers from being even more irritated and a short instruction to check back. This is still categorized as poor customer service because the customer isn't being serviced.

Service has been horrible. I paid for delivery that was DAYS late. The content was frozen food - it arrived warm, spoiled, and spilled. fedex.com not working in IE 11 on windows 7. page cannot be displayed no matter what PC I use. Works in windows 10 and chrome on both.

Fedex.com website is not working for me, did you get your 1% refund? I made an order from 4/22 and the amount of time it took to complete my order was 11 days. Does this mean that I'm now shipping the package from April 22 to April 25? If not, how do I get my refund? When will I receive the tracking number for my package? Also it all is very slow! I have the receipt of purchase of this item. I had just purchased it from StapleCodes.com and got it emailed to me. I wish it didn't take so long for the delivery and shipping charges because of the post office being out at the moment. If you have any suggestions about what I should do, please tell me.

FedEx website is not working for me. When I click "More," and then click on "Orders," my order times never move. I sent this in to support, they said they'll get a number, but they never get one. After 20 hours, I will be mailed a form that asks for my phone number and that must be faxed. Apparently I have to go to the post office at least 3 times, although I sent an email to meet them at 1 pm to do it. I had another problem earlier this morning (I am almost 40) in which someone that works for FedEx, came to my office, for whom I work, because my computer screen was out of order. When I try to enter the United States, I see "Authentication Denied".
