Have I been blocked from this site?

I appear to have been blocked from this site (forebears io) on whichever device I try to access this site it comes up '403 Forbidden' so I wonder if it thinks I'm a bot.
I have absolutely no way of getting in touch with them cos everything is on.....their website. Anyone got any good advice?

Is it down now? What is the problem, please.
