I am an annual paying customer with a Premium Membership and I am constantly having issues downloading content. It almost feels deliberate.
The ongoing messages regarding the device limit being exceeded, even when I only use just one device, coupled with the multiple confirmation emails that does not work even when received to the continued clearing of cache and cookies is simply ridiculous.
I have subscriptions to multitude graphic sites and I NEVER encounter anything close to what I have to deal with re FreePik. It is outrageous that one has to endure such grief, especially when one is paying $119 USD per year.
Another point is the fact that you can never speak with anyone in real time. One would think that there would be a chat application linked to their website like Motion Array. I am so not impressed with the overall system and their lack of interest in implementing changes to make membership trouble free for paying premium customers. It is simply unacceptable.
