Virtual assistance keeps hanging up on me too. The chat tells me an agent will be with me within 843- 845 minutes. I call and Nancy is no help.

Gm website and app problems

Just tried forgot my password on gmfinancial.com and app, it says unable to perform operation, other times it says email not found which is incorrect, Tried calling their contact us number and its silent. Cannot make payment. Tried text but no response on that contact option either.

I just paid it on the aci phone part but still not able to get in touch with an actual human and the app won’t let me log in says my email doesn’t exist so I cannot even rest my password. Also paying $7.50 extra because they messed up is bogus

5:30 etc and can't make a payment... Automated doesn't recognize my number even though I am looking at my phone number on my account on the laptop screen. I will not pay a late payment for a site that wasn't will not pay a fee to process it over the phone not that the phone process was working anyway.

Unable to make payment online. Called and they acknowledge payment system online is down. I was advised to wait or they charge $10 fee for taking pymnt over the phone. Automated is about $7.50. No resolution but to pay fee.

Is Gm financial even a business anymore? For about 2 months, the cannot log in no matter what! Experience gm even contacted them and said they get put on hold for hours. I’m guess my car is free now if they don’t want my money. The situation is ridiculous!!
