I asked a service tech if there were problems between l Disney and Hulu and they actually don't have answers or have been instructed not to answer -
I have been using Hulu exclusively for years
The quality of their product keeps sinking
That's a major problem
Maybe that's why Hulu has been acquired by Disney - Beware of this -
Since Star Wars was acquired by Disney
it became garbage as well
Lucky us - Poorer quality all around

Hulu still not working

I spent 90 minutes on phone with HULU last night...finally they told me the app is down. I told them thanks that is what I told them 90 minutes ago. I enjoy a few programs/shows on HULU but am about ready to cancel. They expect the problem to take 4-5 days to correct.

I have spent the last four hours trying to login to my Hulu account. I have reset my password. Tried logging in on my mobile app. It tells me to go to hulu.com/account/login to finish setting up my Hulu account. Once I’ve done that, it tells me to go back to access my Hulu account on my mobile device.

I had a bundled account with Disney+ and ESPN. In fact, my monthly payment was just taken out yesterday. I already have an account… I have had an account for years and I am thoroughly frustrated! Every time I try to login, it thinks I’m a new customer… I AM NOT!!!! Please tell me what the heck is going on and why I can’t sign into my account, look at my billing or anything else.

Hate Hulu

Hulu & Live has been down for me since Monday, 8/14/23. I’ve tried all their troubleshooting and it still doesn’t work. I think I’ll cancel it and go to YouTube TV. There have been too many issues with Hulu. It sucks.

hulu is wrong.

I had to delete and close my account several times last week. Did every single test that the top agents had me do. Nothing at all wrong on our end, kept getting an error that said error P-DEV350 or something like that. Speed test was fine wi-fi was fine all other apps on our smart tv's worked with no issue at all. Shut down the modem, rebooted that, all tv's are are current. Made me so angry because they still said it's on our end, they can drop dead. I changed my plan from 14.99 a month no ads back to 7.99 a month. Then I started having this issue once they took the 7.99 payment. lol my bank must of thought I was going crazy. I left them a nasty review, they deserve it.

Help is a JOKE!!! I have spent 7 hours total (every other day)with technical support only to have the same problem the next day. They do not have chat available, their website has multiple error messages, so I am unable to find information on my problem. I'm having trouble with Hulu as to when I choose a title to watch, it does not offer me the ability to play it. It shows the title and not the content. Example: I choose a show and lets me se the section of "seasons" but the episodes do not appear. If I chose a movie, I cant play it. I have restarted my TV many times already and still doesn't work. The same is happening with my phone app. The other apps on my TV are working just fine; its just Hulu that isn't working.
