Can't access my most important emails

I haven't been able to access my Hushmail account in at least three days. This is the email address I use for important things and now I can't get into it to forward anything to my other email address. Glad I haven't yet paid for another year.

Unable to access any hushmail domain. Browser cycles then times out when trying to login, access customer care, or reach any page with hushmail in the url. I am in UK. Maybe this outage only affects this locality. I have emailed support at hushmail using my protonmail account and am awaiting updates.

Hushmail direct customers to Twitter for service support. That makes me furious. I don't pay money to Hushmail to be forced to use Twitter or other social media services I utterly despise. Starting to think I should move from Hushmail to an ethical company that does its own customer care instead of relying on the likes of Twitter, Facebook and similar untrustworthy anti-democratic agencies. Not a happy bunny today.
