Can't Log in

Can't log in. It says "we are having issues during your login process." It sends me a two-step verification code in email, but I can't get in. Can't get in from computer, iPad or iphone. Never happened before.

IBX is SLOW

System is SLOW. Must refresh screen every time I look at claim detail & EOBs to print. Wouldn't be here except that IBX has NEVER sent mailed us claims EOBs for my 19yo daughter. Not sure what is going on but now I wish I'd said yes to a survey.

can't reset password to log in

IBX password expired. Need to reset password the page that comes up to reset password keeps telling me my CORRECT information is not valid. Will not let me reset my password.
