Can't log into the site on my computer even though I am using the correct password. The app let's me in with my fingerprint but when I try to book using my Rewards Wallet it doesn't recognize that I am logged in and when I try to log in I get a message that the page isn't available. They should really try hiring some competent programmers.

Unable to log-on for days

Unable to log-in, just keeps spinning and will not connect. Have tried 3 different devices. This, at the time when they are offering 25% off if you book now and use it between December 15 and January 6th. Hmmm, seems that the time frame for these log-in issues is during their "big discount." So, you give up and make reservations directly with the hotel and then are not eligible for the great savings.

I changed the language from US English to British and was instantly able to log in....after waiting, refreshing, waiting......under the US English. Not sure if that's a fix, but I'm a Brit now for IHG log on.....

It's not you it's IHG, it's been down for months

You can download the app on your phone and that works. I wonder if this is an effort to push people to the app. The website for me as not worked for months. I have contacted them twice and both times they sound so surprise....we have platinum elite ambassador loyalty and stay with them often, it's frustrating to have to call to get things done. It does NO good to reset your password or cache your browser, it's not you, it's them.

I am a Luxury Travel Agent and IHG is awful. Whether you're calling in and speaking to agents or you're trying to log into the Agent Portal, it's all a huge hassle. Anyone with answers has to be emailed. They never get back to you. If the hotel that my clients picked hadn't been for a specific reason, I would have switched them to a different chain. I will never offer this chain to my future clients.

It's been more than a few weeks. I have tried periodically for two years and the Travel Agent site doesn't work. I have called central rez to let them know they say the same thing "I will let a supervisor know". I hope they get tired of me asking that they check several hotels for several different dates, etc. If I could access ths site, I wouldn't have to waste their time.

The customer service being so hands off is a total turn off for a company supposed to be reliant on customer service and experience. How can a company rely on system that the web site crashes, the app crashes, call centers out all at the same time? This costs everyone time and money and IHG keeps having this situation on a regular basis. Time to rethink going to another hotel chain.

Haven't had success signing in to my account for months. It just spins and spins. Happens on Edge, Chrome and Firefox - and all browsers are updated/current? Seems IHG doesn't care? I've been racking up Bonvoy stay and points because their website works on my PC where I plan my travel.

The app is crap! I can't ever log in. It always says the credentials are wrong. I then get a password reset link sent, I reset my password, and then it only lets me in one time on my computer! On my phone it says every time log in credentials are wrong even though I've checked over and over and it's right.

Website is always broken, impossible to log in, nothing happens when you click log in link. Points accumulated are a joke. Got charged by Holiday Inn even though I used points to pay for the room. The list goes on, pretty annoyed.
