Every time I try logging in to the website from windows/chrome, I get the message that I posted. However, the app allows me to log in with no problem.

Up and running

No failure today. My issue yesterday of being unable to Log In on my phone has been resolved. Great to be back. I contacted customer service and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Way to go InBox!!

InBox Dollars BROKEN AGAIN

Inbox Dollars down again. Repeated issue that their tech people seem incapable and/or unable to resolve. This is 4th ir 5th time in several months. Each time down fir days or WEEKS!
Ridiculous. Maybe it's time they hire some new tech people and spend some money improving their system. Or maybe the issue lies with their parent company Protege LLC, who won't allow you to contact then unless the have a business email.

Like all issues listed below. I too, have been unable to login to inbox. Either the app or the website. It was down for many days over a week ago. Was suddenly able to use for a few days, and now, once again getting constant "site down, unable to log in" every time I try to use site. I continue to get email massages from inbox, but NONE of the links work.
Cant get any customer support.

I cannot log in to inbox dollars actual website. It says error, refresh page. I did that and tried on my iPad too. It has to be inboxdollars. Cleared my cache/history and even made a new password. Still nothing. I cant join bingo or do anything with the daily list. The app works but you can’t do everything in the app. Please fix fast! At least I’m not the only one.

Worked and now suddenly logged me out and won't let me back in no matter how many times I change my password. Says it was successful yet when I try to login after it say it's wrong. If not that it says an error has occurred. And clearly you don't respond either could it be any worse?

For the past two days, Inbox Dollars has disqualified me from virtually every survey I've entered. I'm used to disqualifications on a fairly regular basis, but I've never seen it like this, especially on a weekday. Is there a problem with the site? I cannot log into inbox dollars. I try to sign in and it says it’s signing in but freezes there. Sometimes a captcha will pop up but still freezes up after that. Plus I got a gift card emailed to me but no where does it say on the email that the link expires after a certain time. I click on the link that says it’ll send me a different link but I have to log in and the damn website won’t let me log in!!! Please someone fix this. I am missing out on my gift card reward and I’m very upset!????

I think it thinks my email address is inaccurate but yet they send me emails so I know they have my email address.
