No access to any screen except black screen and flashing dots

In Hercules CA area. Last 4 days trouble with multicolored kaleidoscope scree. Yesterday I could still reach the apps like neglect snd Tiburon. But today unable to see a thing except “ blinking dots” on black screen-the channel MSNBC can be see below black screen and even with rebooting..same same.
