It is odd that both Rogers & Bell block on the same day, but most down notices are from Canada. Using a VPN, like NordVPN or TOR you can get to site.

Ontario here. It's working on VPN, like NordVPN , also need to select a server outside Canada (I'm using US server and it works, but won't on a Canadian server

Installed a VPN, like NordVPN extension, site popped straight up. Rogers must of started blocking sites, once i activated the extension I was able to access other streaming sites as well.
