Sentences without spaces

I have used JL cards for many years.. without a problem
Just sending my Xmas cards and finding in the preview that there are no spaces in between the sentences.I always write in sentences and space them so they look neat,
I can’t send them bumped together.
Nothing has changed on my I pad
Anyone having the same trouble?
Anyone know how to fix this?

Losing contact during set up of card

Got into site but lost it when I "sent card" Never got to putting on the message etc. Tried 3 times. wondered if it was just busy. will try later

This company breaches its contract and steals people's money now. That's the cause of all the one-star reviews on Trustpilot.com.
You'll notice that all of the positive reviews Trustpilot shows for the last six months use suspiciously similar topics and language .. like, for example, the Advent Calendar, which is only used by a small number of customers. Why are there so many 5-star reviews for something that very few customers use? Why are there so FEW 5-star reviews for all the other services?
And in my case, and many other cases too, the paying customer is told that he doesn't have an account at all. (I've had one for almost 20 years.) Many Trustpilot users are also saying that they get no help when they complain too.

Angry as I can’t seem to get to send a card.

I’ve been having a problem since last night. Tell me . Sorry the page I have requested does not exist in the Jacquie Lawson website. Also when I pick a card because I can it allows me to write my message then when I go to choose from my list of friends it wipes the message and goes back to the card. I’ve used these cards for years and never had a problem. I’ve email the company as I’m angry as I have all my Christmas cards to send. I’ve only just paid for another 2 years and brought an advent calendar for a friend which I thought was expensive this year.

I have been having the same problem as Elandowski, the send by email button throws me back to the card and wipes the message. I’ve used these cards for ages and have never had a problem before what’s going on please

Can’t request cards

I have tried sending cards all day today and i write my message and hit “send by email” and it throws me back out to the card starting all over again. Help!!!

I sent (and still send) messages to cancel my husband's email - no response. (He died in 2019)
You don't recognize my password - even when I change it with you.
I can never directly get hold of you to explain the problem. I love your cards but really hard to sort out problems. You list problems but no way to get to you if problem not on your list.
