Error Processing your File

I keep getting this message as I tried to upload manuscript and cover. When I launch Previewer, this is the message I get. "There was an error processing your file. See the specific errors for more details." It does not show me the errors. I have uploaded this successfully five times before. Help!!

Uploads are Failing

Tried for six days to upload manuscript and cover but when I launch previewer, which takes hours to upload, it always fails and says there is an error. But it does not tell me where the errors are! Previously all October and a few weeks in November, it has always uploaded. I have five draft copies that are now printed. But now, on the final and last revision, it won't let me upload. I have tried Safari, Chrome, and FireFox to no avail.

Have been trying for 3 weeks to upload a manuscript to KDP previewer but it takes waay too long then says there are errors without saying what they are. I have 8 books on Amazon and have never had this problem.

Distorts my files and says to redo them. A file that was uploaded and looked correct is now messed up.

Fill in details of book, try to save it then error message comes up which then states to refresh page which causes you to loose everything you just done.

It didn't work today. Kindle Create updated version doesn't work either. It took hours to upload my book which usually takes a few minutes and now I have been banned from using KDP for a year or something. Great service!

Getting the "The service or feature you're trying to use is currently unavailable. We're working to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later", message for 24 hours now, while also seeing side by side my uploaded cover file and the box where it should appear saying no cover uploaded... I am an experienced KDP publisher. I have cleared cooked, changed browsers, changed Wifi, check all Mac software is up to date and emailed KDP twice.

KDP is hanging up at file processing and preview generation. Then, it gives an error message. My Print Preview has been running for more than an hour. This has been happening for two days. KDP says they were experiencing technical difficulties, and it has been resolved. Nope!

Having issues uploading file (processing file) lasts for over 24 hours and then error message; KDP's cover creator having issues processing files and then giving error message. How are authors supposed to upload our books if the site is not working?

Not working for me either. Hangs up on print processing end stage of uploading. Amazon ads are not working either (or working in limited capacity). All super frustrating.

As an author, putting up ebooks or paperbacks at KDP is impossible right now. Files are uploaded okay, but 'processing file' or 'uploading designs' (for cover creator in paperbacks) has lasted over an hour so have given up. Midday 8 Dec in New Zealand.

Having issues with manuscript size keeps giving me an error when I have been using the same process and have been approved every time, but for some reason, it keeps saying my manuscript is outside the margins when I have been using the same size and have had no problems before. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
