The old website was better and that was glitchy the new one flat out doesn't work at all, doesn't load and when a page does page you click on something that page doesn't load, the old site was fine it only glitched when the person who was in charge of raising the price (updating it) did so
Now 95% of the time it doesn't work, it takes so much time that most people will give up and go order from somewhere that wants customer money!

Kfc is absolutely pathetic. Have been trying since last Tuesday to access the offers on the Kfc app but have been told that the system is down. And the staff cant give me a fix date.
Even if the computer system has been hacked, you would have thought that the problem would have been resolved by now.

Mobile ordering seems to have been unavailable for the past two weeks now, across the whole of the UK. Something clearly going wrong with UK KFC at the moment? Financial difficulties? Got hacked? Clearly no care for customer service, else they'd have explained why by now. Every day that goes by with mobile ordering turned off they are losing millions in purchases.
