What to do if the site KHANACADEMY.ORG is unavailable?

If KHANACADEMY.ORG works, but you cannot access the site or its individual page, try one of the possible solutions:

Khan Academy website is not working for me. It is giving me an error, but I understand why that is because I have a foreign IP address that is not allowed to access your site. Is it because the page is more than 200KB in size? Or is there another reason for the limitation? I need to try a different browser. Which one should I use? The app doesn't work for me either. It may be the app download problem. I am on iOS 9.3.3 and maybe I have a recent version of the app. The problem happens when I use the school's website to post something. Can anyone help me with this problem? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
