Kia Finance SUCKS

Have been trying to make a payment for 2 months and refuse to give my bank routing to a call center in India. We have cleared cache, made new accounts per the service centers request, and still not able to make a payment. Have never in the 7 years, and three cars EVER had this issue since they updated the website. Kia is about to lose long term business.

Anyone have similar problems with mailing payments

So the website & app won't respond to payments & finance. I just made my first payment & it did go through. After reading everyone's comments I'm bracing for trouble making payments every month through their apps. Anyone experiencing problems with mailing a check to them? I rather do it online but I can mail them in time as long as I know they will receive them.

Workaround for site down

Send an sms to +18445231358 with the word "Android" or "iphone" or "go" to use the sms payment options which is easier than their website which is ALWAYS down. Just a tip. You can also call 8663315632 and follow the prompts to get the option for the sms payment method when the website is down and this let's you bypass the fee.

Kia Finance site only loads about 5% of the time!

Their site reports the error I copy/pasted below. It has been doing this for well over a year! I keep hitting refresh until it finally loads. So it's not my network, computer, or browser. I get through about 5% of the time. I've reported it a few times. No fix. I've incurred late fees because it took so long to get through and make a payment. Maybe that's their play. They force you to use phone payment and charge a fee. Even their automated collection call hangs up when you answer. Great cars. Terrible customer treatment. UGH!

We recently bought a kia and took advantage of 2.9% financing. Subsequently, they sent us a letter inviting us to sign up for an account at kiafinance,com. Nothing is accessible on the website. I have been having problems with Kia Connect since I bought the vehicle and the customer service representative directed me to the site; however, I've never been able to do anything to solve the problem.
Now, I can't even make a payment. I've been trying for a week to pay online (even by phone), to no avail. The website keeps sending error messages and the phone number hangs up.

Several log attempts to "Owner Portal" failed, entry data checked - no errors. Then locked out. Next day able to log on & start a case for an issue. Site said "confirmation email sent" with case# - no email received. Checked Spam, Blocked list, etc. 2nd "Contact" done next day to verify email, etc. Again "confirmation email sent" -no email. Even logged on as owner you have to fill out an extensive form with data already on your owner file. Cumbersome/redundant site.

The app has been non functional for 2 days. What a piece of $hit company to allow this to happen and do little of anything to resolve it. I'm submitting complaints to every governing body regarding this stealing of our money and not getting what we paid for.
