Locked out of account and seemingly the site

Site shows I have 5 items in my cart. When I go to check out it says my cart is empty. Then I tried the app on my phone instead of my PC. Same deal. Kmarts website is having a meltdown.

Many problems with the Kmart (Australia) Website!

After waiting forever for pages to load 50% of the time it doesn’t let you purchase anything! Every time I open the Cart where I have put all the items I want to buy I get informed my cart is empty!
Approx 70% of the things that I do manage to order are not available anyway, even though their website states the items are in stock. They take your money then inform you 3 days later the items are not available, you then have to wait another 3 days for your refund to go into your bank. The inventory control on their website is shot to pieces. All in all by the time pages finally load very slowly, and you receive so many errors like ‘the page you’re looking for can’t be found’, if you do manage to get to your cart and it not be empty, the items that take you hours to order end up not being unavailable anyway after you’ve placed your order! Kmart is literally the worst website to shop on.

I have the same problem as guest 20 October
. For the las 2 weeks I have tried to process my order but every time I click ‘proceed to payment’ nothing happens. If I click for it to show the link it says blocked blank. I have cleared my cache and tried on multiple devices and browsers all with the same result. Nothing works
