Inept Quote Process

Tried to sign up for insurance, entered my info several times, it wouldn't save, nor did I get a follow up email. When I call, they say the phones are down. Pretty insane for a company that boasts a ton of commercials.

This has been going for nearly a year now. I can't even get to "quick pay" site today let alone log in. How is this possible that a company is this inept? Their rates keep going up too. I'm leaving them as soon as I can.

LM Eservice very poor

Cant logon to LM on a computer which has allowed loging and transactions for last 4 years. Suddenly with no changes my configuration, will not login. As well, on alternate computer after login, all policies have disappeared.

Can't update my auto policy

I'm able to log into my account, but cannot update my auto policy(Trying to remove a care). Called them last night and the guy said yes there is a problem and they are working to resolve. I asked if he could help me to update my policy and he said he could not. :(

Liberty Mutual is almost a scam

Weather is bad, so they won't allow you to change your policy to potentially use your policy.
Besides, they will try their best to scam you. No agent, no service until you are absolutely mad.
This is a trash company that I have ever experienced.

My son believes he is signed up but the system is down. I went in to remove him off my policy and the system is down. An agent got involved but her quote was $500 more than my son signing up online. What in the world is going on Liberty Mutual? We have been customers for 34 years.
