No Access to Account for TWELVE DAYS!!!!

Can log in but cannot access my Ally account or anything else on dashboard. It's been TWELVE DAYS! On the phone with their 'service reps' every single day. They always say 'Our techs are working on it. It might be 7-10 more days.' OUTRAGEOUS! ►I have tried FIVE different browsers, two different laptops, emptied cache and cookies, temporarily turned off firewall and VPN, like NordVPN , and reset the modem. ►I found my correspondence with them from 2016 and it was the same problem that never got fixed so I closed the acc't and vowed to NEVER use them again. . . but here I am.

Every time I try to search for something it want me to do this"I am human" test.
When I do it to prove that I am human it starts over and over again like its stuck in a feedback loop. still will not let you in.

Hi, I have a problem, I can no longer access Magnetdl.com, I have tried in all ways but nothing! it just gives me the damn word "Unable to reach the site"! can anyone explain to me what the hell happened to the site? several months have passed since I can no longer log in, please tell me when it will be operational again otherwise I will send this site to hell!
