Carefirst don't let you access data

Has carefirst now become incompetent in maintaining their web pages? Come on, this craziness of not being able to access our data has gone on long enough. Time for class action.

I have tried forever to access my account online and get the same message about contacting technical support. They have escalated this and still no resolution.

Carefirst website rarely works. I have been waiting over a month for them to figure out why I cannot view my EOB's. It is ridiculous that I have had an open ticket about this issue for over a month, and their tech dept. cannot figure out what the problem is.
