Why can’t I place my order? The site won’t even allow a comment! So much easier to place order by phone.. I’m 91 & very disabled - & this is a nightmare.

Signed up for delivery pass about a month ago. First delivery was fine. Ordered this month's shopping on Thursday for Friday delivery. Order finalised on line. A couple of hours later received an email "There has been a problem and your order has been cancelled". Waited over 40 minutes for customer service on phone. Operator unable to explain why cancellation had occurred. Visited website and to my relief found I could reorder without having to again pick 167 items. Reordered for Saturday. Out of curiosity rang Morrisons on Friday morning to ensure this wouldn't happen again. Reply was vague saying there had been a problem with their systems. On Friday evening another cancellation! Waited another 20 minutes for customer service and this time told there is an issue with my payment card. THERE ISN'T! Had meticulously checked card details on entering just in case, and had capacity to pay for this order. This diabolical service has resulted in my delivery plan charge being refunded. I won't be visiting Morrisons again.

New card and Morrisons App. unable to use as askes for one time password - when entered it stated wrong passcode. tried this twice. Also had this for over a week now and no offers on it. Think this is just an information gathering exercise. will not be using.
