I suspect there is only one technical support person. I have successfully logged a query after my FOURTH attempt. Then I also try to phone 5 times. Everytime I start at number 40+ in the queue. After 10 minutes I did not move ONE position down. This is absolutely unacceptable. I also do not trust the app at all. In today's day and age...we should be able to work from home and if we call for help...the assistance should be better. What us the SLA to resolve queries?
I think by the time this is read....hopefully I am with a new supplier

No Mweb email

Outlook Mweb emails not working - pop-up box popping up every 2s asking for username and password confirmation. No mail going out or coming in and I am "caller number 51" in the queue to call centre!!!
