OSU My chart a dumber website is hard to find. Using my chart, I am a male can make an appointment with a breast cancer doctor, but I can not make an appointment with my primary physician for a regular check-up or an appointment with a specialist as an established patient visit. Guess why? because they are not on my doctors list, but in this list there is my former PCP. My chart asks the visit reason and there are many unnecessary options but there is no main one - Regular check- up at the primary physician office.
