Constant "Destination Net Unreachable"

Constant issues with Destination Net Unreachable from different systems on different days. All other websites work fine consistently at the same time. Log in and it works, click a button to view a reservation or make another reservation, "page cannot be displayed". Try to ping and get Destination Net Unreachable.
