Was a loyal customer who is rethinking things

Have not received my direct deposit in which I know my job has sent because I have used them for years for direct deposit. This is the first time ever and I just may be leaving them after this is made right. Very disappointed that it is taking so long to get it fixed.

In Chicago customer service number recording says not taking calls right now. The netspend play store app keeps saying error o can't get the log in page then it keeps redirecting me to an invalid webcites netspend page. Neither allowing me to get the log on page. WTH???

The website has an error message DNS lookup failure for: mw-web2... So you cannot access your account.
And when you call the customer service number there is a message that says they are experiencing technical difficulties and to try their website ( which is also not working).

Basically you cannot access anything with your account or even a person to talk to about yoru account.

Download firefox browser for android and smart phone from the play store as a secondary browser then login to your netspend account. Worked for me and I have chrome on my phone which didnt work it usually does everything else loads. The app may not work right now maybe of its own issues but downloading firefox as a secondary browser allowed me to login to my account and see my balance and transactions instead of a blank screen. I hope this helps some of you all out there.
