Website is often down, they INSIST on paying from the account they choose instead of the one the customer chooses, and are contradicting what my employer (and previous HRA/HSA/FSA provider) says the law is regarding whether I can pay post-deductible medical expenses w/ HRA if I have an HSA.

Illegal kickbacks?

Worst possible website. So bad I suspect Payflex is illegally making money by denying people their COBRA coverage, and getting kickbacks from the employers for that.

I was on hold an hour and a half and was disconnected as soon as the agent picked up the phone. I’ve ordered cards twice and have not received any cards yet. Now I can’t login on the app or the website. This is all within the week. Terrible experience!

Terrible policies, regular instant denials of manually submitted claims. Poor pass through from Aetna of items not covered by insurance but reimbursable by FSA. Once insurance doesn't pay it, Payflex doesn't even consider it.
