Yeah, stuck on 75% like the others, tried multiple machines, restarting my router, changing browsers, adding firewall exceptions, turning my firewall off etc. Nothing works

now netw test pass over 75%

I re-tried some minutes ago and the network test pass, completing 100% of system test (I dont change enything..same PC and security configuration..); Now I'm waiting in the next test page, that says "We're currently downloading your exam files: 0%". Note that progression is 0% by the beginning. it will be 20min..I think that today personVUE site is busy, and getting close to end of days, slowly start answering again,,

network check always fail

starting by 12.00 CET I receive network error at about 75%, from 2 different PC WIN and witohout any kynd of filter (firewall svcs all disabled)

Same here, 75%. On hold for last hour and finally got through. Number UK 0800 731 9905. They will only log a ticket. Ticket will go to a Tech to review and you will get a response in 2 - 3 days. Service is a joke.

wowza.com's video transcoding is down so exams can't start for Pearson.

Couldn't complete network check, stuck at 75% trying to reach their video streaming service. Tested on two different computers and two different networks/ISPs, nothing. Call with support was an hour long mess. The worst call support I've ever dealt with.

Same thing, network check failed @ 75% (tried 3 computers & 2 ISPs). Called Pearson VUE support, it appears they is having internal network issues. If you call they will reschedule your test for you

Same issue as everyone below, 75% on network connectivity and then fails when doing video streaming part. Tried 2 computers and using my cell data as a hot spot, then drove to another place with even better WiFi and still nothing. Pearson had better get this fixed ASAP for my second exam this afternoon and reschedule my missed exam for free

Same issue as well. 75% with wowza.com streaming service hang-up. I had a 8am exam and now trying to reach out to Pearson via chat or phone call is not working. Called them twice and both times they hang up on me.
