Not Syncing across APP vs Website

Penzu App and Website entries are syncing to one another. I wrote on my app in the AM and it appeared on the website but then when checking my app after I wrote on the website the full entry is not there. I uninstalled the app 2x and no change

Penzu isn't saving entries!

Penzu is not saving my entries. It's the second day in a row. I'm not sure WTH is going on. I've never had problems like this with Penzu before. Never say never, I suppose.

The Penzu is not saving my entries. This has been happening for a few days now. I'm unsure what to do... do I pay for the subscription or not. Would paying the subscription even help this issue?

Cannot logg in

I am from Germany. I try to log in since 19:00 local time ( around 4 hours ago).
I receive always same message:
"Oops! It seems there was a problem. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I tried both Mozilla and Chrome.

Simple to use. No issues. So I'm wondering why others are having trouble. I've had it for years, since 2013. When I haven't used it, say, in over a year, and then open up Penzu again to write, no problem. I'm happy with it.
