Petco not allowing log in

I tried to sign in to Petco.com yesterday on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Brave, and Chrome. The website keeps coming up with a warning that I’ve been blocked. “Slide the arrow to the right…”, but no puzzle comes up to solve. I was able to get the puzzle to show on Brave, but after solving the puzzle, it wouldn’t open the website. I work through Norton VPN, like NordVPN , so I turned off the VPN and went through the motions again. Still no luck in getting online. I’ve been waiting about 4 hours for the website to respond to a chat request.
I managed to log in on another computer that I haven’t used, re-entering my password manually. This brought up the puzzle and allowed me to log into the website. It is possible that the system is flagging a problem when browsers automatically fill in the password. “You are browsing and clicking at a speed much faster than expected of a human being.” Norton Password manager would trigger the same problem.

Shopping Cart Not Working

My cart states it's empty after I place items in the cart. Call Customer Service and they couldn't fix problem and can see the items in my cart on their end. I tried different browsers and my phone with no success.

Had the Petco app. Got notice to update. Went to Google Play store and was informed the app is no longer compatible with my devices, not only my phone, but also my tablet, my chromebook, and my laptop. Vital care benefits only work with the app.

I got an email from Petco today for an order I didn’t place. Payment was made through PayPal and my account information was updated fraudulently. It appears that Petco is having some security issues. The app won’t open so I can’t change my password. Not cool.
