1ms for traffic to hit our exit point onto the Pipex network , the next hop on the pipex service ramps up to 100ms
The below shows a trace towards a pipex service. The response times are similar to that of a 1999 dial up service. Perhaps pipex have resorted to using a modem bank. Or possibly pigeons.
