Booking appointment for the passport
Tried all morning to login but server was down! Also tried calling the italian consulate and no one available to answer automated message saying to call later as lines were busy! Called the extension number for passaporto from 2:00pm - 3:00pm guess what automated message saying line were busy! Called at 3:00pm automated message saying that line was closed and to call at the right times! What a waste of time!

Prenot@mi login not working
United Kingdom, 7 pm. If i try login and password i got "Unavaible" but the registration part seems to be ok. I hope it is an informatic issue and not a personal one. Problem is today is sunday and tuesday 25th is national holiday in Italy so probably this problem will still be on till on the 25th included

it's impossible to take appointment from this website. or the ckgsir website. the appointments are open in a second and then all of them are gone. it mentioned on ckgsir website that they have open spots but when you login there's only spots for the gone day, like they say there's an open spot for today at 5 pm when you can't even go there because they work until 1 pm. this is a ridiculous. I think Italian governors need a website that actually works not this
